Ayam Rendang (Chicken Rendang)

A chicken
5 glasses of coconut milk
½ finger of wild ginger bruised
1 sheet of tumeric leaf
1 sheet of lime leaf
1 stick of citronella grass
2 spoons of grinded chilli
Blended of Ingredients:
½ finger of tumeric
1 spoon of coriander
Salt sufficient
How to cook :
- Chop chicken meat into 4 pieces or as you wish.
- Wild ginger bruised and grinded chilli mix with blended of ingredients then boil with coconut milk until boiling.
- After than add the chicken meat, tumeric leaf, lime leaf and citronella grass into the boiling cook and stir it slowly.
- Boil it until the broth become dry and serve it.
