Indonesia Food Recipes

Ingredients:

A chicken (duck can be use)
2 clove of garlics (grinded)
1 spoon of gohiong powder
4 spoon of sweet Tabasco (soy sauce)
3 tea spoon of salty Tabasco (soy sauce)

How to cook :

Chop chicken meat into 5 pieces or as you wish then mix with the gohiong powder and garlic grinded, let it until 1 hour. After that fry the chicken meat with a little palm oil until cooked. Pour the salty Tabasco, sweet Tabasco and water then stir for awhile.  Do it reapetly until the broth become a little. Serve with the little amount of broth.
