Ayam Merah (red chicken)

Ingredients:

1 Kg of Chicken meat
1 asam kandi or tamarind
1 stick of Citronella grass
2 leafs of purut (leafs of lime)
1 glass of water
2 glasses of palm oil

Blended Ingredients:
6 onions
4 clove of garlics
1 piece of wild ginger
1 piece of ginger
1 piece of tumeric
1 tea spoon of chilli

How to cook :

Chop chicken meat into four pieces or as you wish then mix with the blended Ingredients, meanwhile  boil a glass of water with Citronella grass, tamarint and leafs of purut (lime of leafs). Then add the chicken meat into the boiling water.remember tostir the chicken meat until the cooking spices mix well.cook the chicken meat until half cooked then drain the chicken meat. Meanwhile keep boil the broth until become thick. After that fry the chicken meat until cooked. Before served, pour the broth on it.
